We are boutique firm made up of experienced and seasoned professionals with a goal to help design, permit and construct Laneway and Garden Suites. Our business mainly focuses on families who are homesteading on their families’ land or homeowners adding additional units to their existing family or investment properties.

Our team has worked together for the past five years delivering many types of projects in a variety of site conditions. We’ve even delivered three projects with basements, unlocking added space for your Laneway or Garden Suite.

With a vetted team of professionals, our process from Design through Construction is made easy as we have our own team of experienced site managers and craftsman with our own trucks to support your project.
